No, our Click & Collect service is completely free and it will save you incurring delivery charges. 

What is the Processing Time for Click & Collect Orders?

We will contact you once your order is processed to confirm the pick-up details. Processing times may vary depending on the product, availability and location.

What Identification or Confirmation is Required for Pick-up?

Please bring your order confirmation (printed or online) and valid photo ID for verification. 

Can I Choose a Specific Location For the Pick-Up? 

Our website enables you to select the specific About Clean store you wish to shop with. When you pay online, the payment is transacted directly with the store location you have nominated and they are responsible for the supply of your product.  

Are All Products Eligible for Click & Collect?
