Local Pickup

With our Click and Collect option, you can order online and collect your product from your local store. For more information, refer to Click and Collect.

Delivery Fees  

We offer free delivery on orders above $150. Freight costs, where they do apply, will be displayed during the checkout. The delivery charge may vary depending on your location and product selection.

Customisation Options 

Whilst we are unable to provide a specific delivery date or time, you can select our Click and Collect option and pick up your purchase from the About Clean store that you transacted with at a pre-arranged time. Refer to our Click and Collect section for more information. 

Tracking Details 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and the tracking number. You can use these details to track your order at each stage of the delivery process. 

Delivery Restrictions

All products listed on our website are eligible for home delivery. Additional charges may apply for oversized items. For more details, contact your local store.
